About

Theme: Encanto

Description: Hidden in the Sierra Madre mountains, there’s the Magbanua Family. Thanks to their himala, a miracle given through a magic candle, this extraordinary family was blessed with various types of magical abilities… except for Hana. Being the black sheep of the family, Hana continuously tries to prove himself to his family and the other residents of the town, especially to Lola, of his belonging in the magical family.
One day, during Hana’s cousin’s gift ceremony, he notices cracks in their home and the magic candle flickering. Once that candle goes out, their magical house and town is in danger of destruction. Hana tries to tell his family of the damage, but it disappears before anyone can see. Additionally, Hana notices that his family members’ powers are also weakening and disappearing. Determined by what he saw, he goes off on a quest in search of his ostracized Tito, a prophet, hoping to find answers and a way to save their himala. What he instead finds out is that Hana has the power to unite and strengthen his family, restoring the himala and the family’s magic. Discover Hana’s gift in FISDU’s Barrio Fiesta, Tadhana!
